Ken will tell the story of the turnaround of Delay Middle School in Lewisville, Texas. It was the problem school of the Lewisville district including low test scores, gang activity and an environment that seemed to be nearly out of control. However, three years later that same school was selected as an Intel School of Distinction!

In this live webinar Ken will describe the systematic steps taken to get the school environment under control, get students back in class and on task and raise test scores. Ken's talk will feature video interviews of teachers and administrators who took Delay through the turnaround. Ken will also provide plenty of time for live questions and answers.
