I see that I can add a lot of information about a class section, but I teach several sections of the same class. Do I have to re-enter all of that information for each section?

No. School Site Manager has two capabilities to save you work in this regard.

  • You can direct School Site Manager to selectively copy anything - links, files, calendar events and so on - from one section to another. This is handy for sharing among several teachers in the same department with similar but not identical course content.
  • You can declare sections to be identical. When changes are made to a course section, they are also made automatically to all other sections that are declared identical to the first.
