There are a bunch of smart people all around the world competing with Americans for an edge in innovation and productivity. Our education system must meet the challenge. The folks in Japan have modified the type of motorcycle I am riding on during "Education Ride 365" (the Honda Gold Wing) to serve as a tow "truck" that is more energy efficient and easy to get in and out of traffic backups.
