While reading through a "Special Report" from the Center for Digital Education called Converge: Digital Teaching & Professional Development, I was reminded of The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) program to provide all of their courseware online, for free. Anyone can access it! From the piece below we learn that 43% of users are independent learners, 42% are students, and 9% are other faculty.
