Teacher movies tend to be about individual gifted teachers overcoming obstacles and getting through to resistant kids. They're dramatic and inspirational stories. Since we've all spent time in school, they're easy for us to relate to.

What are the good stories about changing education so that lots of teachers are better and lots of students benefit?
